Delivery time: A true custom-made hairpiece generally takes 21-25 days to manufacture, plus shipping time. If your hairpiece arrives in 2-3 weeks, it is likely a semi-custom or stock piece, not a custom product. Cindycut guarantees that your custom hair system will be made according to your specifications or it will be remade free of charge. Note that there are no refunds on custom hair systems.

Pre-cut hairpieces: If your hairpiece arrives pre-cut, it is unlikely to be a custom piece designed specifically for you. A proper haircut must be done while the hairpiece is on your head to ensure a seamless blend with your natural hair. Pre-cut hairpieces may require additional adjustments to achieve the desired appearance.
